Song trivia, name that tune quiz PRO App Reviews

My husband and play for hours while travelling im verry satisfaided.

For some reason when VoiceOver is loaded, I sometimes cant select a genre without the whole app crashing. The problem seems to oh away when I disable VoiceOver and select the genre. Ill keep playing with it and see if something silly like turning off sound makes the problem go away. Meanwhile the app seems to work well other than that, and since most of you dont use VoiceOver you probably have no reason to worry. Update: turning off sounds in settings solves this problem.

If you are a music lover who loves to brag that you know of all and any songs, or at least claim to know more about songs than any of your friends then this is just the app for you. The best part of this app though, is that upon listening to the song and guessing it (irregardless of you guessing it correctly or not), you then have the option of downloading the song from iTunes. Thats just genius, love this game so much!

This app is a fun little trivia game. I was surprised about how many songs I knew but didnt know the names of (especially in the alternative category). Mostly this app seems to be an advertisement to buy songs in the App Store. You are given the chance to purchase each song you get correct. I think that at a minimum the app should tell you the artists of the songs to make it more fun. It should also be more about the game than the advertisement.

This game is insanely fun for a multitude of reasons. First it has quick gameplay that is easy to learn. This means you wont be taking too long to play a game, only got a couple minutes left, great, you have enough time to play a game or two. Also the songs it chooses are actually relevant to genres of music you choose. A couple times we will run to bugs were songs names are listed twice on the choice selection, but its only happened to me once. But other than that, this is great for anyone who has an iPhone or iPod. Try to beat my high score, I have over 100,000 points!!

Song guru is a nice way to kill a few minutes with a song trivia type interface. The options to purchase the song is a nice catch but overall tends to feel like a promotion for iTunes.

This game is basically a music quiz. Great interface. Simple gameplay. Easy to navigate.

I am a music fanatic and I love that this app tests my knowledge of music. Really fun to play and if you hear a song you like you can purchase it as well.

I really like this app it really tests you how much music you know and now that you can play with friends and family it gets a little hard because the app uses the iTunes library not your own music so you have to be up to date with music

Up to date songs and I like the way it offers you the option to download the song in Itunes. I would recommend.

The game has up to date songs which is awesome. The game can get a bit boring when you are playing alone but in a group it is major fun!

Awesome app that really lets me test my music knowledge.

This app has some features that song pop doesnt have, like being able to play alone and buying the song if you like it. But otherwise its not nearly as good in its UI or simplicity. I wish song pop just took these features and added it to what they have. Honestly though if youre looking for a music app like this, Id say stick with song pop.

I really enjoyed playing this game. I love to listen to music and its always fun to see how much you know about songs. They have many genre of music, which appeals to many people. Its very convenient to have the option to download the song.

The idea of this app is exactly like songpop, except in singleplayer instead of multiplayer. I like it because i love playing songpop, but I cant always find people to play it with that will move quickly. The only thing bad about it is that the UI is not as good, but overall I think this is a great app.

I really like this games because the songs are updated and it a super fun game. The app does need work on it graphics but other than that I already recommend to a friend!

This app is good. It is easy to use. However, in order to compete with the FREE app, Song Pop, there needs to be more options. A mix of music genres, maybe eras (70s, 80s, etc.) for different ages. Maybe even a multiplayer verson. But an option because I do like that you are playing alone.

This app is very entertaining and works quite well. Unlike my other games that ask you to guess a song, this app barely lags and streams the songs almost instantly. The songs are also crystal clear. I like the convenience that it affords by allowing you to download the song after you guess. I especially enjoy the wide range of genres and the diversity of songs that it has. My only critique would be if there were any way to show the amounts of points that decreases per second, to help bring up my sense of urgency. Overall, very technically proficient app!
